Ventures11 ("Ventures11," "we," "us") provides digital documents, tools, and prepaid advisory services to early-stage company founders. By purchasing or using any Ventures11 product or service, you agree to these Terms.
We offer: (a) free downloadable documents; (b) a one-time paid digital toolkit ("Foundations Toolkit"); and (c) prepaid advisory hour-bank blocks redeemable for 60-minute advisory sessions. Advisory sessions are educational and informational in nature.
Ventures11 provides business, financial-literacy, and commercialization guidance for educational purposes. We are not your attorney, accountant, tax advisor, or licensed financial advisor, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult appropriately licensed professionals before acting.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
Prepaid hours carry a 36-month shelf life from the date of purchase. Any subsequent purchase resets the 36-month period on all remaining unused hours. Hours are transferable within your organization. Unused hours expire at the end of the shelf-life period and are forfeited. Sessions rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be counted as used. Weekly availability is limited and sessions are subject to calendar availability.

All documents, models, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of Ventures11 and are licensed to you for your own internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventures11's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
