Because these are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have questions about whether the toolkit is right for you, email scott@ventures11.ca before purchasing and we'll help you decide.
Prepaid advisory hours are non-refundable. Your investment is protected in three ways: hours are transferable within your organization, they carry a 36-month shelf life, and any new purchase resets that shelf life on all remaining hours. Sessions rescheduled with fewer than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be counted as used.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge — contact us within 7 days at scott@ventures11.ca and we'll review and correct any genuine error promptly.
