We collect the information you provide directly — your name and email when you request the free documents, and billing details you provide at checkout. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. When you book an advisory session, scheduling details are handled by Calendly.
We use your information to deliver the documents and services you request, send purchase confirmations and booking links, provide the email follow-ups you opted into, and operate and improve our business. We may send you occasional marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — including Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), our email platform, and the analytics and visitor-identification providers named in section 4. We do not sell your personal information.
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and which offers visitors sign up for or purchase. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
We also use a website-visitor identification service from Artisan (artisan.co), which draws on data partners Vector and Demandbase. It uses your IP address, cookies and similar identifiers to try to match a visit to a company and, where its partners' data allows, to an individual, so we can understand who is interested in Ventures11 and follow up. To opt out of visitor identification, email scott@ventures11.ca and we will exclude you; blocking third-party cookies and scripts in your browser also limits it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
